right tier. No overselling, no guesswork.
PROGRAMMING EXCLUSION NOTICE
All service plans cover hardware troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Programming changes, control system modifications, and code updates are not included in any service tier.
Code authored by Tecnetics is covered under a 1-year warranty from project completion. Third-party modifications to Tecnetics-authored code will void this warranty. Out-of-warranty programming is available at standard T&M; rates.
